MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

  • AAD Mandatory

  • Visual Altimeter

  • Audible altimeter (Tracking & Wingsuiting)

WINGSUIT

  • 1 Coaching jump before first solo Freefly/Track in the logbook.

  • Min. 50 jumps to make a Tracking jump.

  • Max. 2 Tracking groups in airplane and Tracking directions only to NORTH or SOUTH.

  • Min. 200 jumps in logbook

  • Track suit min. 100 jumps in logbook

  • Wingsuiters must have their phone with them (DZ tel. number +386 (0) 41 888 707)

  • Fly bys and XRW not allowed

  • Wingsuit rodeo must be cleared by Safety officer.

TUBE & SMOKE JUMPS

  • Tube and Smoke jumps must be cleared by Safety officer.

  • Inflatables not allowed.

CANOPY FLIGHT & LANDING

  • Due to new airport hotel and DZ centre construction in 2021, changes to landing directions and approaches will apply. Due to Construction cranes, no swooping will be allowed.

  • Detailed briefing will be given every day before first load.

EXIT PROCEDURES

  • No hanging on the wing strut of the airplane is allowed

  • No climbing on the airplane wheel is allowed

  • Special exit requests should be agreed with Pilot and Safety officer.

THAT IS WHY THE INSTRUCTORS AT SKYDIVE BOVEC ARE HERE TO HELP YOU DEVELOP AND MASTER THESE SKILLS AND MAKE YOU A PRO SKYDIVER.
ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THIS SPORT SEEK IMPROVEMENT AND CONFIDENCE, THIS IS WHERE COACHING STEPS IN. OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS CAN TAKE YOU ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR DESIRED GOALS.

CANOPY CONTROL COURSE

1

Regardless your jump number, this course will give you a ton of important information on how to land your canopy better, as well as a better understanding of the fundamental flight characteristics of your canopy.

Each course is completed in a day and is based on a 5-jump program.

 

If the weather is bad, you will still receive the course content and theory in the classroom with the instructor. You are welcome to make up any missed jumps at another canopy control course within a year without further payment. This offer extends to the jumps only and is good for 12 months after the initial course; if you wish to attend the classroom sessions again, you will need to pay the coaching fee again.

FS BEGINNERS COURSE

We operate our manifest with DZ manager, computer-based booking software. 

STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE:

1. You fill out the registration form

2. If you have your own gear, you get a gear check, during that time we create your jumping account.

3. Once you have a green light for a gear check, you come to the manifest and buy your tickets. 

4. You search for free slots on the load viewer and our manifest guy will put you on the load.

Innhopp

Innhopp is like any other jump, with the exception, that here we are landing outside the DZ. Mountainous area with numerous selection of valleys, surrounding Bovec is allowing us to land almost in every corner of this beautiful province. The Innhopp project is a product of Even Rokne, which is available upon request info@skydivebovec.com or on published events on innhopp.com 

This kind of jump is another level of jump experience, as here you are landing into unknown, to the places where you can't even imagine. Every sense in human body is telling us the opposite, but when the adrenaline, thrill, fear, excitement, ... combined, kick in, that results in the most magnificent and unforgettable experience by far.

7.  ALWAYS clean up your gear and everything behind you, you don't want to be the guy who messes up the packing area.

8. On the sides you have rig racks, put your skydive gear on them and DON'T leave your gear on the packing area. 

9. DON'T leave you freshly jumped canopy on the packing area unpacked, pack it, request a packer or make room for other skydivers who want to pack their parachutes.

10. DON'T smoke in the packing area

11. Hangar closes at 21:00 PM so grab your stuff at the end of the day, no drinking or staying in hangar after 21:00 pm! 

12. We are NOT responsible for any personal belongings left behind, stolen, hidden, ...leaving things in the hangar is at your own risk!
