  • Who can I bring with?
    You can bring with you any spectator you want, even pets! But your family, friends and everybody else will need to stay behind the marked fences at all times. They can wait for you to land safely in the bar beside the hangar or in the hangar premises, but keep in mind that pets are not allowed in the hangar!
  • How should I prepare for my activity?
    There is no need for preparation of any kind, but we advise you to stay healthy and take care of yourself, before your activity.
  • What can I drink or eat before?
    You can eat as you normally would, just we recommend not to fill yourself up with food as that may result in sickness once below the parachute and with all the steep turns. We actually recommend drinking a lot of fluids before, as the heat in summer and the excitement can take a lot of your energy. With fluids we don't mean alcohol drinks, as that is forbidden before the jump.
  • How is COVID-19 affecting my activity?
    You need to respect current health requirements that are in force at all times. We will check your COVID passport and additional negative test if needed, once you arrive.
  • Weight & BMI
    We ask all candidates to meet both, weight limit and BMI (body mass index) as they show a sufficient minimum degree of fitness to ensure a safe skydive for you and your instructor. WEIGHT limit is: 95 KG and max BMI for MEN: 30.0, WOMEN:27.5. If our staff is in doubt, we will weigh you when you check-in.
  • Age
    Minimum age is 16 years. Those below 18 years must present a signed parental consent. Above 60 years, doctors approval may be required.
  • Drugs and alcohol
    We have zero-tolerance for alcohol and drugs policy. No one is allowed to skydive under the influence of alcohol or drugs 24h prior to activity.
  • Medical condition
    If you suffer or have previously suffered from any serious sicknesses that may impair your ability to do the activity safely, you should get a doctors opinion first. If you are not sure, you can contact us and we will answer your questions.
  • When to arrive?
    The time we set on your booking confirmation is planned preparation time. So you should arrive at least 30 min before your scheduled time to settle all the papers things and get you ready. Please keep in mind that on busy days the times may get delayed, plan to spend 3 - 4 hours at our location.
  • What to bring?
    We ask you to bring your photo ID plus booking confirmation or voucher.
  • What to wear?
    Dress suitably for a tandem jump, we suggest sporty and comfortable clothes and athletic or sport shoes. Please DON't wear sandals, boots or heeled shoes of any kind. Before your jump you would need to remove any jewelry, watches or other accessories that may interfere. If you are wearing glasses, please bring them too, we will give you our oversized skydive goggles, so you can can enjoy the view!
  • What about weather conditions?
    Weather is a dependant factor with our activity, especially in the valley like Bovec. We can't 100% guarantee that the weather will be good for the whole day, sometimes is changing so fast, we can't even imagine. Keep in mind that sometimes you will need to wait longer for your jump, when waiting for the weather to get better or we will rebook and reschedule your jump to another day. If you haven't arrived yet we will inform you via phone if our operations have been canceled or amended.
  • Payment methods
    Once you arrive to the airport, you will need to pay the full amount to our cashier with cash or card. We don't accept Currency other than EUR. In Cards we accept Maestro, MasterCard or Visa.

  • On-site facilities
    We offer free WI-FI to all our customers. Beside the hangar is a small cafe bar where you can sit and enjoy the view, you can also chill in the hangar meeting skydivers. You can move anywhere inside the public areas accessible to public. No moving on hangar platform beyond the fences and walking between the airplanes is NOT allowed! Pets are NOT allowed in the hangar premises and must stay out at all times!
  • How does the tandem video look like
    When choosing an outside video, a solo skydiver will join you on your jump and capture all the key moments with his helmet camera. From ground preparation, giving instructions, to ground interview, boarding and flight with the plane, jump out and freefall. Once your parachute opens the camera skydiver will land before you, to capture your landing. The video consist of our promo intro, followed by the video of your jump, edited with music. You will get your video in a digital form so you can instantly share it on your social pages.
  • When will I get the video
    Normally it takes us about 3 days to get the video ready. On busy weekends that may prolong to 5 days. We will send the video via WeTransfer to your email address. You will get a link in the email and you can download the video. If our camera skydivers are not busy, they can show you the video of your jump right away.
  • Can I bring my own camera?
    Absolutely NOT. Our camera skydivers and tandem instructors use specially rigged helmets and camera mounts for the safety of our sport. You are not allowed to have any cameras on you or to use your cameras during all phases of tandem skydive. Your friends and family can capture any video or photo while your ground preparation with your own cameras and phones, once you get to boarding no other cameras are allowed.
